EMC-RE provides fully independent professional property valuations to internationally accepted accounting standards in line with the requirements of major corporations, banks, accounting firms and developers. Our valuers are fully qualified RICS appraisers and are listed with the RICS as Registered Valuers.

From time to time the RICS conducts a review of our practices to ensure that the correct procedures are in place to deliver excellent reports and the highest level of professionalism to our clients

Our most recent review by the RICS auditors resulted in the RICS complimenting the Valuation Team on the excellent quality of their reports and procedures before, during and after delivery.

EMC-RE complete valuations in some of the most challenging and remote locations and also in mature markets.

Properties appraised include whole new city developments to fully let vanilla investments, bare land to warehouses, retail units to boat docks, etc.
