Who We Are

EMC Real Estate was founded in 2005 with a goal to provide real estate services to a western-level quality in high-growth, emerging and frontier markets. 

We are confident that in these challenging markets we have unrivalled experience and expertise. 

We specialise in markets where there are either no service providers or where this sort of service is limited.

In terms of methodology, we do not outsource and conduct all research ourselves, on-the-ground and leveraging through property investor, architectural, legal, financial and general business and brokerage contacts.

We have a highly experienced management team. Each member has been a Director or Partner of one of the principal global real estate service providers and has at least 20 years’ experience of international markets.

We are recognised by the real estate industry as experts in our field. We contributed to and were acknowledged in the following recent publications and research:

Our valuation business is Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) registered and carries the required Professional Indemnity Insurance to provide “Red Book” appraisals anywhere in the world.
