Projects / Accomplishments

  • Jasen provided valuation, property market research and relocation advice for a western consulate in Yerevan, Armenia. The project was made challenging due to the focus on disposing of a current property and finding a suitable alternative rental property that would provide a more secure and improved location yet allowing for ease of access to the centre of the city.
  • Jasen undertook a review of a portfolio in Czech Republic consisting of 20 retail outlet locations, main repair, service and sales headquarter premises, two large office blocks and a number of over spill car parking and industrial premises and associated buildings totalling 250,000 sq m. The combined annual rent totalled circa Euro 11m and the purpose of the review was to highlight potential opportunities, and streamline the real estate portfolio to service the core car retail sales and service business.
  • Acting on behalf of a global market research group Jasen managed the execution of a lease termination and acquired new HQ offices in Douala, Cameroon. The lease was successfully concluded and Jasen was also able to secure a number of tenant incentives to include a rent below prime Douala office rentals and ticked all the boxes for the occupier in terms of location, quality, health and safety and security.
  • Acting on behalf of a western Government Jasen undertook residential valuations for strategic planning purposes of operational properties in the city of Naples in Italy, sourcing transactional information from property investors, agents and developers.
